  • Shipping & Delivery

  • RC Repair Parts / RC Crawler Country ships all in stock parts same day unless part is listed as a Pre-Order and any order of $50 or more ships free within the US 48 states. AK, HI, PR & Canada do not qualify for free shipping. For in stock orders we ship by FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail and Priority Express. At this time, RC Crawler Country ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, RC Crawler Country ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. On orders of $50 or more that are eligible for free USPS shipping we choose what service all orders will ship by which will be either First Class Mail or Priority Mail Customers also have the option of Priority Express 1-2 day at their own expense. 

    Special Order, Back Order & Pre-Order Policy:

    A special order / back order is considered an order of any item we do not normally stock or have recently run out of. Special orders / back orders can ship out same day or next day if the mfg has them available and ready to drop ship for us but can also take up to 2 weeks or more to ship depending on when the item or items become available from our mfg's & distributors. Special orders / back orders will normally ship direct from our mfg's & distributors to the customer. Customers will always be notified of how long it will take to receive their special order within one day of initial order. There are no fees for special orders.

    Pre-Orders are considered an order to hold an item before they arrive for inventory. Items in Pre-Order status will show inventory and that number indicates what we have coming in from the mfg or distributor NOT what is actually in stock at that time. Customers have asked us to Pre-Order certain items so they can insure they get what they need and we are happy to do so. All items marked as Pre-Order in the description are out of stock. 



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. RC Crawler Country is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • RCRepairParts.com / RCCrawlerCountry.com will take customer returns within 14 days of customer receiving the item but RC vehicles and parts must be unused and returned in the original unopened factory sealed box. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Opened boxes and or used RC vehicles / parts are not returnable for a refund or exchange. Defective or damaged RC vehicles or parts are to be warrantied by the product mfg not RCCrawlerCountry.com. Buyer must register all RC vehicles with the mfg in order for the warranty to be valid. Please inspect for shipping damage right away before opening box and if damage is suspected please contact RCCrawlerCountry immediately at info@RCCrawlerCountry.com and we will advise at that point. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless other accommodations are made by RCRepairParts.com / RCCrawlerCountry.com or product MFG.

    Generally all inquiries are handled via email. RCCrawlerCountry.com is a part time Mom & Pop home based business and we also have fulltime jobs that do not allow us to take calls during the day at this time. We are very responsive via email 7 days a week until 8pm & later most nights & weekends.
